After you have completed your internal search and are ready to engage
the executive search services of MRI of San Jose-Metro, please do the
following:
- Fill out our online Request Form. Provide as much detail as
possible and a contact person.
- After you have submitted the form, contact MRI of San Jose-Metro
to schedule a meeting with one of our consultants.
- Following the meeting, we will develop a Contract for Services and submit it to you for your approval.
- After we receive the signed Contract for Services, we will immediately initiate an executive search. Because every client is unique and has different recruitment goals, we will customize our search process according to your parameters.
The Placement Process
As soon as we identify a candidate or candidates who meet your
criteria and have expressed an interest in pursuing a position,
we will do the following:
- Schedule job interview. MRI of San Jose-Metro will
schedule a confidential interview with the candidate.
- Briefing/Debriefing. Following your interview, we will want you to
call us to discuss your reactions. We will also discuss your interview
with the candidate. (This process also applies to all subsequent
interviews.)
- Closing/Offer. When the point arrives at which you and
the candidate both feel there is a good match, we will verbally
communicate employment terms and conditions to the candidate.
The terms and conditions must be completely accepted by the candidate
before we will submit a written offer so that any remaining issues,
concerns or details can be resolved.
- Acceptance. Upon signing the offer, the candidate will be advised to contact you directly.
- Long-term relationship. MRI of San Jose-Metro will continue working
with you and your new executive to help build and develop your staff.
