President of MRI San Jose-Metro John Rosica is a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) with Management Recruiters International and President of Management Recruiters of San Jose-Metro. During his over 10-year tenure at MRI San Jose-Metro John has covered the Hi-Technology Industry from its Silicon Valley home base and throughout the world. Under his direction the firm represents numerous clients from the Fortune 500 to the emerging technology startups. John has attained many prestigious awards for performance within his office and throughout the corporation. Some of his most notable achievements include: National and Pacific Region Top 10, National and Pacific Region Top 25 and MRI Pacesetter on several occasions.

He achieved the C.S.A.M. designation in 1994 which represents the elite of the MRI organization and industry. (To achieve this distinction an Account Executive/Manager must meet both tenure and production requirements. In addition, the successful completion of a very rigorous and comprehensive examination is mandatory and corroborates the Certified Senior Account Manager's proficiency in all aspects of the profession, including knowledge of Federal and State Law as well as business practices and ethics. Within the MRI organization, there are roughly 500 CSAM's out of over 3500 specialists).

John continues to advance his knowledge of the business as well as his network of candidates and clients through active participation in numerous industry trade organizations and special interest groups (SIG's). He is a member and regular attendee of the Commonwealth Club of California and also the Churchill Club to name a few. John has also served on many panels within the MRI organization regionally and nationally to advance the use of the internet and supporting technologies to further enhance the way that MRI is able to deliver an even higher quality of service to its clients and candidates.

Perhaps one of the best indications of his breadth and depth of knowledge and contacts in the Silicon Valley and High Technology Industry is the fact that he also serves on the board of directors of many of the MRI San Jose-Metro Client Companies.
